Cancellation policy – the basics
We understand that plans change. To respect your time and ours, we ask that any changes or cancellations are made with as much notice as possible. This helps us offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Our cancellation terms
• Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice: No fee is charged.
• Cancellations, rescheduling or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice: A $50 late cancellation fee may apply.
• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments: We may ask you to pre‑pay for future sessions.
We know that unexpected things happen. If you have an emergency or special circumstance, please contact us as soon as you can so we can discuss your options.
